"We have had the CPSI Home Health Point of Care documentation system since July of 2000.  Before purchasing the CPSI System our documentation had been totally hand written.  After going to computer generated documentation we had concerns that the record keeping would not completely meet the needs of the agency as well as documentation requirements for JCAHO accreditation.  We were surveyed by JCAHO in June of 2001.  Our surveyor was pleased with the record documentation and the way charting could be individualized and still be computerized.  Our final score in our Home Health and Hospice from JCAHO was a 100 and I'm sure that CPSI's Home Health Point of Care played a part in helping us to achieve this."
