We are always called back within 10-15 minutes with resolution most always on the initial call. Your team has been very receptive to changes that we have requested and very willing to help 'clean up' data that has been entered incorrectly.
Many times you receive a sales person that does not truly understand what they are selling and will routinely tell you anything that you want to hear. David Ferebee gave us honest answers and actually made good on promises that he made. I have never had a sales person be so involved with us after the sale. Rob Henry has been very helpful when issues have come up or to train the appropriate people. Shelby McDaniels has helped tremendously during her stays here at Cumberland. Doug Dewberry came to visit with very good ideas of how to manage our business.
