"I wanted to commend your financial group on their work with our installation. This is not to say that there haven't been bumps in the road, but none yet that we have not been able to overcome. I would like to mention a few of the people that come to mind when I think of what an outstanding job they have done here.

Dealing with Tony Benefiel (Sale Manager) from the beginning has been a pleasure. He has always made me feel comfortable in asking questions. He has always let me know that I can always call his cell phone when he is on the road. Even when he was on vacation, he asked that if I had any questions, to please call his cell phone. Tony has been one dedicated person in making sure we had all of the information needed during our selection process, contract signing and even after.

Jennifer Brewer is our Project Manager and Mark Perniciaro the Assistant Manager. There has not been anything that I could not go to them with. Jennifer has always gone to bat for our organization and really looks out for our betterment of our facility. She always rounded all of the departments to make sure that everything was going smoothly and on track.

Brannon May has been our site contact and he has done everything that he could to have things go right here. He has stayed late, came in early, and did whatever needed to be done to get our system up and going and staying on track. He has been very patient with our staff as they have been learning a complete new system.

Paul Stout and Johnnie Smith have been our follow-up people for financials and billing. All of our people here have spoken very highly of them. All questions posed to them were understood, well received and answered.

I was very nervous prior to the installation about what a headache the conversion would be. I was afraid that I missed some important parts of the conversion and would have to hand enter data. I was afraid that I would have absolutely no home time during the holidays. I did have to put in some long days, but not near as many as I expected. I was comfortable enough with how the system implementation was going that I was able to take a couple of days off through the holidays."
