| "We installed Point of Care in March of 2002. The nursing staff is very happy with the system, as well as our ancillary departments. The ability to do lots of customizing to fit each department's specific needs makes it all the more valuable.
"Also, CPSI support couldn't be better! They respond quickly to any concern, and always go out of their way to give the answer you want. They of course are not always able to do that, but just the fact that they try to make that their goal is great.
"Having the patient's progress notes electronic also makes for easier reading. This helps our quality department, as well as making chart reviews much easier, faster and more efficient.
