J. Boyd Douglas
President and Chief Executive Officer
Boyd Douglas began his career at CPSI in 1988, having been with the company 23 years. Boyd has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 2006, and has also been a member of the Board of Directors since 2002. In addition to his current role, he has held several other positions at CPSI including Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer and Director of Programming Services.
David A. Dye
Chairman and Chief Financial Officer
David Dye has been with CPSI 21 years, beginning his career with the company in 1990. David has been in his current role since July 2010. He also served as our President and CEO from 1999 till 2006, and has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2006. He has also previously served in several other positions including Director of Technical Support and Software Implementation Team Manager.
Victor S. Schneider
Senior Vice President - Corporate and Business Development
Scott Schneider has served as our Senior Vice President of Corporate and Business Development since December 2005. He has been with CPSI 28 years, having begun his career with us in June 1983. Other positions previously held here include Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Sales Director.
Michael K. Muscat Jr.
Senior Vice President - Product Development Services
Michael Muscat has been with CPSI 15 years and has served as our Senior Vice President of Product Development Services since 2008. He also served as Vice President of Business Management Services among other positions previously held at the company.
Troy D. Rosser
Vice President - Sales
Troy Rosser began his career in 1989 and has been at CPSI 22 years. He has served as our Vice President of Sales since 2005. Previously, he held positions as Sales Director and Sales Manager.
Robert D. Hinckle
Vice President - Software Services
Rob Hinckle has been with CPSI 16 years, having started his career with us in 1995. He has served as our Vice President of Software Services since 2004. His previous roles in the Software Services Division include Director, Assistant Director and Implementation Team Manager.
Patrick A. Immel
Vice President - Information Technology Services
Patrick Immel began his career with us in 1993, having been with CPSI 18 years. He has served as our Vice President of Information Technology Services since 2000. Other positions held with us include Director of Information Technology Services and Technical Support Manager.
Robert D. Smith
Vice President - Product Development Services
Bobby Smith has been with CPSI 18 years, having started his career in 1993. He has held the role of Vice President in our Product Development Services since 2008. Previously, he served as Director and Vice President of Programming Services.
Christopher L. Fowler
Vice President - Business Management Services
Chris Fowler has been with CPSI 11 years, having started his career with us in 2000. He has served as our Vice President of Business Management Services since 2008. He previously held the positions of Assistant Director and Director in the Business Management Services division.
James B. Britain, CPA
Vice President - Finance and Controller
Bo Britain began his career with us in 2007 as our Controller. He has served as our Vice President of Finance and Controller since May 2011.
