CPSI’s Anatomic Pathology module is a comprehensive solution for the processing of patient information to meet the needs of pathology, cytology, and histology.  The module provides for the creation of pathology cases with efficient user-defined accession.  Full integration with the other CPSI patient accounting and clinical applications allows cases to be automatically populated with patient and order data, and charges generated as a byproduct of accessioning.  Complete case histories are available online in real-time.  Prior related cases may be reviewed from within a current case and relevant cases may be linked to new studies.
