CPSI realizes the importance of this issue and is taking steps to incorporate the benefits of Internet communication within our system.
By utilizing the Internet, our clients have the ability to enter their own situations and callbacks directly to CPSI right from their desktop! Via the CPSI E-Mail application, situations can be created and distributed to any of our customer support departments: software, clinical, hardware, or technical. Each client is also provided with an index of all outstanding situations, allowing easy "callback" entry. Our Call Management System is instantly updated any time of the day or night with the situation and correspondence, saving the client time and long distance phone charges.
