ODBC Database Access provides CPSI clients with real-time access to query data stored in the CPSI System directly from any open database connectivity (ODBC) compliant third party application.

The ODBC Database Access module allows the hospital to generate custom reports using third party reporting products, such as Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel.  With the module, CPSI clients may use any ODBC compliant third party product to directly query the data elements of the CPSI System in real-time.  Query and reporting options are only limited by the functionality of the third party product.
