The Payroll module provides for an unlimited number of employees, unlimited deduction types, and handles salaried as well as hourly employees. The payroll is a multiple shift system capable of calculating shift pay based upon shift differentials. Deductions, once they are established, are calculated automatically. Dues, insurance, retirement plans, advances, and garnishments are all easily processed. The module is customized to calculate employee benefit time based on the hospital specified formula. Employee time can be allocated to as many cost centers as necessary during time entry. The module is fully integrated with Text Processing, General Ledger, Database/Ad Hoc Reporting, and the Time & Attendance application; which includes touch screen timeclocks with bar code readers attached directly to the system to eliminate manual time entry. Employee pay period detail is maintained on-line for a minimum of 13 months.

The Personnel Scheduling module allows the scheduling of an unlimited number of employees. This module extends personnel scheduling into position control, the payroll system, personnel records, time and attendance, and other functions.
